Your tasks in the practical phase: Sales & Customer Communications: Active acquisition of new customers and professional consulting of our customers in the strategic coverage of their personnel needs Media & Personal Marketing: Use of Modern Communication Channels and Digital Media for Recruiting and the Targeted Address of Professionals HR communication: independent control of recruitment processes and the implementation of qualified selection discussions with applicants Relationship Management: Trustful care and advice of our employees and customers in all personal matters Your qualifications: School degree: A good school degree (general or specialised university qualification, or Higher education qualification with passed suitability test of the DHBW) Communication strength: Impressed communication skills, enthusiasm for media and sales topics as well as fun in daily dealing with people Mindset: A high level of service orientation, empathy and persuasiveness Mobility: driving class B We offer you: Attractive remuneration: A fair remuneration during the entire period of practice and theory (1.+2nd semester: 1.350 € / 3.+4.
