Contract Manager Region Hamburg - fixed term of 12 months - full-time parental leave cover (m/f/d)

You create and negotiate contracts and contributions in close cooperation with the project management. You accompany our projects in the context of contract management, including the contractual correspondence. You advise and support our project teams in all contractual issues. You conduct audits and evaluate the risks. In addition, you take special tasks as part of your function. You report directly to the management of our headquarters.

You have a successfully completed degree in economic engineering (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial/technical or legal training (with a higher degree), each with a multi-year professional experience – ideally in technical building equipment or construction – as well as with corresponding market and industry knowledge. You have a strong technical understanding and are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations. You have good legal knowledge, in particular in the fields of VOB, BGB and contract law. Safe handling of the current MS Office programs is of course for you. Ideally, you bring experience in dealing with ProBauS industry software. Their work is conceptual, analytical and strategic. You convince by organizational talent and a structured approach. You work independently, reliably and responsibly. High operational readiness, loadability and team capacity complete your profile.
