Rooftop Bar Supervisor (m/f/d)

In the absence of the Bar Manager you guide our hotel bar and go ahead with a positive example for the team so that our guests can get the most delicious drinks served. Your main tasks: Supporting the bar manager in the daily operation – from the shift organization to ensuring an efficient workflow. Monitoring the performance of the bar team and continuous feedback to ensure excellent customer service and support training. Creation of shift plans and coordination of work tasks for optimal work distribution. Participation in ordering and inventory management and regular inventory control to avoid bottlenecks. Key function in the guest service: problems or complaints are solved professionally to ensure a positive guest experience and long-term binding. Support in the implementation of guidelines and procedures for compliance with hygiene and safety standards and legal regulations.

That's what you bring: Bar experience in a similar position Good knowledge of German and English Impressed prudential and management skills with a practical approach and a working style, with a good example. Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to find creative solutions and give advice and recommendations. Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that requires excellence, time and energy. You are open to digital tools and quickly find yourself in new systems Embossed communication skills.
