Working Student Personnel Controlling / HR Controller (m/f/d)

You support our personnel controlling in operational issues. These include the collection and processing of personal code numbers, regular reports and ad-hoc evaluations. Together with colleagues, you will develop quarterly and annual evaluations. You support the expansion and further development of the existing human resources controller. You contribute to the system maintenance and data collection of the personal systems and, if necessary, support further HR processes.

You are immatricated students in a degree course with an economic, financial or personal economic focus such as e.g. BWL, Economics, Controlling, Finance, Personalmanagement / Human Resources or comparable. You have a good understanding of numbers, data and business relationships. In addition, you have very good Excel knowledge and ideally have first experience with (personal) Key figures. First practical experience in controlling or personnel is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. A conscientious, well-organized and communicative way of working is yours.
