Program Manager IT Risk Systems (m/f/d)

Control thematically coherent individual projects for a programme and for holistic control: target image, roadmap, dependencies, resources and quality. Leadership of project managers, prioritization of projects and ensuring a uniform approach. Bringing together the interests of the department, IT and the Group, developing viable decisions and representing the programme in the relevant bodies. Management of cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including planning, performance, risk detection and escalation. Ensure supervisory requirements and group requirements in planning and implementation, and monitoring of audits and requests for the programme. Promote the establishment of project and program management standards, methods and governance.

Successfully completed studies (e.g. business informatics, computer science or economics) or comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in project management or program management in complex IT projects, ideally in a bank or a regulated environment. Experience in lateral guidance as well as safe handling of classic approach models, certification is advantageous. Good understanding of application landscapes, interfaces and data flows. Embossed sovereignty, negotiation skills and intercultural competence in dealing with demanding stakeholders. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, French of advantage.
