Your job with us

Gourmetta is looking for a dedicated cook/cooker (m/w/d) for the preparation of fresh food in our central kitchens and facilities in the Großraum Dresden. The position offers the opportunity to contribute as a flexible team player to the success of our locations.

• Preparation of fresh food in the early and midday business and preparation of supplied food in the combination damper
• Participation in ordering food and consumables
• Construction, design and refilling of the buffet
• Preparation and presentation of salads
• ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and quality standards
• Support of the kitchen team in all tasks

That's what you bring

• Completed vocational training as cook / cooker
• Multiannual professional experience in gastronomy, ideal in canteen or kitchen
• Ability to work independently and structured
• Good knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP)
• Teamability and flexibility in changing working environments
• Driving licence
• Good time management and reliability
