Inhouse ERP Consultant Business Central – Processes & Projects (m/f/d)

This is exactly what we are looking for: You are questioning existing processes in production, logistics and administration, developing better solutions together with the specialist areas and implementing the projects that arise from them independently to success. Your tasks Inquiries and improve existing processes in logistics, production and administration – together with the key users of the specialist departments. Analysis of technical requirements and design of new and adapted solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Searching and evaluating suitable standard solutions and designing necessary adaptations. Independent management of digitalization projects with technical reference to Business Central – from requirement analysis to successful go-live. Conception and introduction of interfaces to adjacent systems and external partners. Participation in the company-wide process map as well as in group-wide standards and interfaces. Control of external application developers: requirement description, tuning, acceptance. Transfer of newly introduced solutions to the operation incl. Knowledge transfer to colleagues in operational support.

Complete study of (economic) informatics, business management or completed training in the IT environment with corresponding professional experience. Multiannual practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central – as a consultant, key user or in a comparable professional role focusing on process design. Detectable experience in the independent management of projects with a content related to Business Central/ERP – technical depth, not only classic project management tools. Found experience with processes in production or logistics as well as their mapping in the ERP system. Experience in the introduction of interfaces to other systems or external partners (e.g. EDI, Intercompany, API connections). Good understanding of business processes and their documentation and illustration in IT solutions. Very good knowledge of German. Nice-to-have: Experience in both areas – production and logistics. Good English skills. Experience with the conception and development of AI agents in the ERP environment. Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. Pharma, Life Science). Knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN). Personal: You want to design instead: You are not satisfied with “runs yes” but are actively looking for the better way – even if no one has asked for it. You prioritise confidently – even if several disciplines simultaneously consider their topic to be the most urgent – and communicate decisions transparently. Responsibilities and conflicts of goals are active instead of sitting out: You moderate between different interests and bring topics to a viable decision. Liability in appointments and promises – project stands and risks make you transparent early, instead of beautifying them. Exact team spirit and willingness to pass on your knowledge in the team instead of keeping it for you.
