As a Customer Service Agent (m/w/d), you ask that customers get quick, clear and helpful answers across different channels and marketplaces: You answer questions by e-mail and chat, clarify details by phone if necessary and find the right solution for every request. You support purchase processing, complaints and returns and process all inquiries structured through the ticket system. You document and track open cases and keep all customer data in the CRM system up-to-date. You are intermediary between customers, internal teams and external partners. You identify display errors of product offers on the different marketplaces.

You have a completed training, e.g. as a merchant for office management or e-commerce At best, you already have first professional experiences in customer service, e-commerce or online trading You have fun at customer contact and draw your attention through a pronounced communication skills, service orientation and readiness to learn You are empathic, responsible and work structured Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
