Be part of IONOS and let us grow together. Tasks You help implement regulatory projects, for example in implementing the requirements of CS3D or LkSG. You participate in coordinating our local compliance units and in carrying out compliance risk assessments and auditing sanctions lists. In addition, you support the creation of internal reports, presentations and group-wide policy management. You conduct research into various areas of German law, EU law and other relevant legal systems. You support different projects of the legal department, e.g. implementation of special legal requirements. You help with the tasks in the field of contract management and in the preparation of legal documents, such as contracts, and in the examination of legal issues. In addition to these exciting tasks, many insights into the wide range of tasks of a compliance function as well as the interesting daily work of the legal department await you. Qualifications You are immatriculated as a regular student*in at a state-approved university throughout the entire period of activity and have completed at least 2 semesters. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience within the framework of internships and brings a strong interest in compliance and legal issues. You are characterized by a thorough, independent and careful way of working. You conduct an open communication style and can also act successfully in the international environment. Thanks to your cooperative way, you can quickly find yourself in the team. Your high analytical ability and organizational talent help you quickly get involved in new topics. Through concentrated and independent work, you will show your result orientation. You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
