Senior Network & Security Engineer

Operation and further development of the group-wide network and security infrastructure, including: o Multi-Vendor Switching environments o WAN and site networking o Enterprise-NGFW environment o Remote Access, VPN and Secure Access Solutions o enterprise-wide WLAN solutions

Design and implementation of security architectures: development and implementation of comprehensive network security concepts that ensure the protection of the entire group of companies Head of medium-scale technical projects and cooperation in cross-sector and cross-border projects. The coordination of external service providers and cross-functional teams within the RAFI Group

You have a completed degree in IT, a completed IT training with further training as a technician or a comparable qualification. You have a multi-year professional experience in the network and/or security environment, ideally in medium-sized or large, internationally distributed infrastructures. You have very good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: enterprise switching and routing in complex environments, operation of next generation firewalls (NGFW) and network segmentation, analysis and troubleshooting in 2nd/3rd level support, basic understanding or practical experience with IDS/IPS, Threat Detection, Incident Response and Security Monitoring A strong interest in new technologies, modern security architectures and continuous development round off your profile Structured, responsible and solution-oriented working methods as well as open fault and team culture are your strengths Joy in cooperation in cross-functional and international teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
