As Teamleiter Projektmanagement Service (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma GmbH. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

Together with your team, you are responsible for the group-wide project execution of remodels, maintenance, training and repairs. You continue to expand the team and take over the disciplinary leadership for the employees in Schwäbisch Hall as well as the professional leadership for employees at the other locations in Germany. You coordinate the project execution of the service orders in your team. Your team takes responsibility from the receipt of the service order to the billing position.You will keep in mind the timely and professional, as well as uniform project execution of your team and ensure high customer satisfaction.You maintain an open feedback culture, give essential input to continuous improvement (internal and external) and can motivate your team successfully. The targeted further development of your employees is always in your eye.You actively promote internal cooperation and the associated processes, both across departments and across locations. You have successfully completed your technical studies or are state-tested technicians with continuing training and can look back on relevant professional experience in machine or plant engineering. Think and act across the site as an entrepreneurially shaped manager, as well as integratively, and convince with your technical and business consulting skills with maximum customer orientation. Your analytical thinking and your systematic approach helps you solve complex issues.
