You deal with labour law topics from collective labour law and individual labour law as well as adjacent areas of social law (e.g. pension insurance, SGB IX law of severe disability) You provide second-level support for foundation management staff and work closely with colleagues You advise the members of the departments in consultation with the Head of Law and Contract and the Foundation Management Staff advises you on tariff innovations and labour law issues and case law as well as legislative changes Support and representation in work and church court proceedings, possibly in cooperation with external law firms You support and advise on the development and design of service agreements and regular agreements Participation in transnational projects and special tasks

You have completed law studies with 2nd state exams, with a focus on work law You advantageously have relevant professional experience very good written and oral communication skills You define themselves by independent, structured work and action secure control of all Office applications pronounced interdisciplinary networking capability and fresh impulses
