Trainee Personal (m/w/d)

The personnel department is entrusted with the personnel work of the Schwarz Corporate Solutions. It supports and advises the departments comprehensively in the implementation of operational and strategic issues of human resources management: from the extraction and entry of suitable staff, care and development to employee exit. The activities are supported by the development and introduction of suitable personnel processes and systems. In addition, the department organizes the further development of corporate and leadership culture.

Start date: October 2025 You will be optimally prepared for the next step of your career in the 18 months of your trainee program You will get to know the different facets of the personnel work of the companies of the Schwarz Group in the course of the multi-month stations You will also make bets on our savings, such as Kaufland and Lidl, to find the optimal target position for you after the program.
