Employee Work Preparation Vehicle Construction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the preparation of orders in order to ensure a friction-free implementation in vehicle construction and are also responsible for coordinating measures to clarify incomplete or faulty orders. With regard to complexity and requirements, you judge proactively and systematically the orders for vehicle construction. You participate in the definition of the documentation reduction and the creation of content blocks managed by the work preparation. All work steps that go beyond the documentation will be prepared by you, ensuring the transfer of knowledge to the performing employees. The factory and job-specific documentation including the 3D vehicle data will be prepared by you. You ensure the basic provision of material which is required outside the control documentation. The reporting of errors within orders as well as the participation in cause analysis and problem solving are also part of your task. Both physically and virtually, you carry out customer raw material removals. As a central point of contact for production capacity, you will participate in projects on new approaches and customer special requests.

You have a successfully completed training in the field of vehicle construction or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in operational vehicle construction as well as in the field of hydraulic installations in commercial vehicle construction. You have a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements for vehicle construction. With common IT applications and in particular SAP and workshop-related CAD environments, you can safely handle. The analysis of customer and manufacturer-specific assembly and construction information is one of your strengths. Your very good communication skills with employees of the operational vehicle construction as well as with employees of the upstream process areas
