You are at home in the right part of the V, like working with Doors and don't understand why some have a problem with the AQAPs. Then you are just the right addition for our Systems Engineering Team for electrical machines and smart generators. Own-responsible creation, updating and adaptation of the qualification and validation documentation in DOORS according to project requirements Responsibility for the DOORS export and the creation of the entire test documentation to ensure complete traceability Joint monitoring of the traceability matrix with the requirements manager to ensure the complete link between requirements and qualification or validations Planning and coordination of qualification and validation projects, including time and resource management Coordination with quality management and the test field to carry out qualification and validation processes efficiently and in accordance with standards Control and coordination of subcontractors in the field of qualification and validation to meet quality and time requirements Control and monitoring of external testing centres or laboratories Supporting the client during acceptances and qualifications, including clarification of technical questions and evidence Creation of reports and documentation on the complete traceability of all qualification and validation steps Ensuring compliance with relevant standards (STANAG, AQAP, MIL-STD, VG, ISO)

Complete university studies in a technical or scientific field Multiannual professional experience in the field of qualification and validation in the military context Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including STANAG, AQAP, MIL-STD, VG and ISO Structured and detailed mode of operation to ensure complete and standard validation documentation Safe handling of DOORS for structured management, optimization and export of test descriptions and documentation Analytical skills to assess risks, identify problems and implement effective solutions High self-motivation and strong communication strength to promote efficient cooperation German and English knowledge for communication with international partners and authorities Intercultural competence for successful work with international teams and partners High social competence, especially in the construction of trust and professional handling of auditors and clients
