We offer a job that makes you happy: you run the main account accounts of the Sparkasse, control bookings and booking bases and submit the account plan as well as the associated documents. In addition, you will process invoices in the invoice book, check their formal and sales tax regularity, and use your careful working method to ensure correct compliance and reliable procedures. You play a key role in the production of the annual financial statements, set up balance sheet and GuV positions, process provisions and set out the Annex as well as the reporting date for the FinRep statement. Thanks to your ability to concentrate and resilience, you can also reliably keep the binding commercial and tax dates in high work volumes. You process the sales tax topics of the Sparkasse, including current tax payments, sales tax pre-registrations including long-term extension, the sales tax annual declaration and facts according to § 15a UStG. Complex tax issues you analyze independently, conduct the necessary measures and align your results transparently with internal and external responders. You carry out the asset book, process stock changes in economic goods and balance sheet items. In addition, you enter the FI application for plant accounting, recognize change needs from FI-Releases and legal innovations and initiate their implementation with own initiative.
