For our location in Seligenstadt we are looking for a Customer Project Engineer (w/m/d) at the next time possible.

With you in your back, our sales office can focus entirely on customer support on site. Your colleagues know that our customers are very good at you. You process customer requests and execute the complete order management from the offer check to the invoice. In short, you are responsible for the commercial order processing of A-Z and thus keeps the back of the field service.

Processing of incoming orders from the tendering examination answering technical questions about our products, spare parts, services or service contracts Maintenance of customer data in our ERP system Examination of the deposited partner conditions Documentation of customer history in our CRM system Tracing the product availability, order tracking and dispatch processing

Your profile: Completed commercial vocational training Affinity for technical products Experience in handling MS Office trials as well as CRM and ERP systems Customer-oriented, helpful and stress resistant Very good German and good English skills
