Ensuring the production readiness and operability of the building structure as well as the industrial machinery, plants and networks in the Research & Development Center, including independent implementation of all electrical engineering works required according to DIN-VDE Monitoring, support and implementation of electrical and mechanical maintenance and maintenance work to ensure installation availability while complying with the VDE/VDI regulations on the construction and building equipment maintenance of technical documentation; Compliance with statutory requirements and the current ISO standards Technical and organisational instruction and supervision of foreign companies to create a safe working environment Self-employed performance of fault analyses and elimination at all industrial plants as well as electrotechnical work and operation of all power plants and the industrial machinery and plants according to DIN VDE Collection of relevant energy consumptions to enable a pollutant energy cost distribution and to optimize energy consumption

Relevant Education: Completed Training as an Electronicser (m/w/d) – Department of Business Engineering or Energy and Building Technology Practical experience: Mind. 3 years of professional experience you already bring – also more Valuable knowledge: experience in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary facilities, lighting systems, intrusion and fire alarm systems as well as elevators desirable Special strengths: Good knowledge in the field of measurement and control technology, SPS S7 + WinCC are advantageous, as well as experience in the field of medium voltage Matching personality: Embossed logical, analytical and conceptual thinking with absolute team spirit and the ability to work independently Lived working time model: sliding time (7.5 h / day) with willingness to work on occasional weekends
