We rely on you: You direct the occupational medical service and represent the occupational medical service within the company You develop and control measures to maintain health and workability You shall ensure the professional and on-time execution of occupational and occupational medical examinations as well as medical speaking hours You plan, evaluate and optimize reintegration measures, conduct discussions with employees, treating physicians, executives and other interfaces and derive appropriate measures You contribute to the implementation of occupational health management and prevention programmes and analyse health trends to derive appropriate initiatives You secure a functioning internal and external support network and coordinate medical services such as First Aid Organization and Vaccination Programs You carry out job visits and ASA meetings and establish occupational health opinions on identified health risks You guide, motivate and develop your team professionally and personally

How to complete our team: With your completed training as a doctor with approval as well as your specialist qualification in occupational medicine Through your multiannual professional experience as an occupational physician/employer in the business environment With their secure communication in German and English Your routined application of relevant IT systems in the medical and administrative context
