Now we are looking for you for our headquarters in Ahrensburg HEAD OF MARKETING (M/W/D) In order to rethink marketing, communication and research and to develop systematic effects.

Your mission Marketing is not a service area with us, but a strategic design lever. You are working closely with the management and you are posi­tioning the company internally and externally as a digi­tal enabler of mobility. What you're moving Marketing & sales impact You develop clear marketing guidelines – both visually and visually – and give our approach direction and profile You translate our services into clear and efficient market, customer and partner You build sales-related marketing formats (pitches, partner strategies, product presentations for international customers) You make marketing measurable and have budgetary responsibility You use market and competition analyses as a strategic decision-making basis. Brand & External Communication You're raising our brand position as part of the strategy You are taxing external communication together with agencies – courageous, clear and efficient You create formats with radiant power You think website, content, SEO / SEA and image world as an integrated system Internal brand energy You develop internal communication formats that create orientation, pride and participation You strengthen employees as active brand ambassadors You also understand marketing as a change driver You will support the management of the Trans­for­mation and Pri­mation Leadership & Responsibility You run a small, experienced marketing team and develop it further You tax agencies and service providers

Multiannual experience in marketing, brand or communication, ideally with leadership Experience at the interface of marketing, sales, digitization and/or transformation Very good understanding of modern marketing approaches (content, performance, brand) Safe handling of popular marketing, CRM and CMS tools High affinity for digital technologies and AI-based marketing International communication security including very good English/li> Entrepreneurial, strategic thinking with focus on efficiency Combination of creativity, structur and pragmatism Sovereign step up, clear leadership and courage to decide
