Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Schweinfurt During your trainee program “Graduate Specialist Program Development – Linear Technology” you will run various specialist departments at home and abroad in 18–24 months, which are personally tailored to you. The target position according to the program is a challenging task in product development. 4-6 stations, including a foreign station: Get comprehensive insights into different areas in the development environment, e.g. axis development, application or ball thread development. Possible stations can also be located in the area of product management and sustainability strategy. You will also be involved in adjacent areas and can gain valuable experience. In addition, you will bring: Education: You complete your studies in the technical field (such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study) with an above-average degree/master (also doctorate). Experience and know-how: You have already been able to prove yourself in challenging industrial practices in the field of development of mechanical engineering products or in the field of mechatronics. First experiences with CAD tools and knowledge in the area of reliability and usability calculations are characterized. Ideally, you bring knowledge in project management. You are professionally flexible and enjoy varied tasks in different functions. The cooperation with interdisciplinary development teams will give you pleasure. Languages: You speak German and English fluently in word and writing.
