IT Expert Mobility EMM / MAM - Hardware Lifecycle (m/w/d) from now on and in full time at a BWI location The Mobility area in the ServiceTower PoD 1 (front end devices, as well as applications) is responsible for the service of high-mobile terminals (smartphones/tables, barcode scanners, as well as time recording terminals) in the customer and own operation of the BWI. As part of an enterprise mobility management, state-of-the-art solutions for mobile information, device and app management are controlled, managed and the operational/functional input is processed for the (further) development of the services. In addition to the above mentioned hardware products, the associated operating systems and peripheral devices belong to the service portfolio. These mobile end2end solutions (until the “VS-NfD” secrecy stage) responsible for mobility also include other secure solutions, such as SNS (sure, cross-network voice communication), the operation of our mobile applications, the service management of our Bundesmessengers/ Bundeswehrmessengers (BuM/ BwM), and also the lifecycle control of individual control systems (incl.

Takeover of tasks in the context of the hardware lifecycle of the assigned portfolio Implementation of ITIL service management tasks for service functions of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, barcode scanners, etc.) and related apps (including operating systems, applications, BuM/ BwM, as well as individual solutions (e.g. web links)) for the OS base Android and iOS Takeover of tasks in the End-2-End Service Management for all ITIL service phases, or the complete LifeCycle service of integrated processes and services or Service functions of holistic mobile solutions Working with (further) developments of the service as well as taking part projects in mobile services, service functions or applications Support in the production of service-related cost transparency and financial business planning Creation of offers, performance descriptions, reports, reports and key figures as well as deriving measures to achieve and continuously improve SLAs and OLAs

Completed studies or comparable training in the IT environment About 2 years of professional experience in IT service management environment or IT expert in mobility; ITIL Certification of Vortei Knowledge of mobility services and EMM solutions as well as experience with BSI listed manufacturers (e.g. Secusmart, Materna Virtual Solutions, Workspace ONE) or comparable VS-NfD solutions (e.g. Apple Indigo, Samsung Knox Native) Knowledge in hardware lifecycle management, mobile application management and messenger solutions as well as in the control of individual applications Experience with complex IT projects, ideally to mobile solutions (based on OS Android and iOS) or Apps and experience with agile working Analytical thinking, good communication and organizational skills, decision and implementation strength as well as target orientation German and well-founded knowledge of English in word such as writing and willingness to travel (approx. 2 x 3 days/month)
