Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the entire subject area with all trainees and students.
• Professional and disciplinary leadership, development and support of the trainer team.
• Participation in the selection, management and development of trainees and students in cooperation with the training team.
• Development and implementation of training concepts.
• Planning, control and participation in training-related projects.
• Representation of HBC at trade fairs, schools and other educational events.
• Processing of basic topics and legal issues in the field of training.
• Budget responsibility and resource planning for training.
• Cooperation with external bodies such as IHK, vocational schools etc.

Your personal profile:

• Complete studies or vocational training with corresponding further training in the field of economic education, commercial or technical.
• Apprenticeship and ideally practical experience as trainers in a technically shaped industrial company.
• High social competence as well as good educational, educational and rhetorical skills.
• Empathic and sovereign interaction with different target groups at eye level.
• Individual initiative, flexibility and persuasiveness.
• Strategic thinking, conceptual skills and implementation strength.
• Good IT skills and openness for the digital world of work.
• German and English in word and writing and readiness to travel (<10%).
