Disposition and execution and appointment tracking of FCL-Sendungen in coordination with colleagues from e.g. the customer service Creation of customs and shipping documents Implementation of order-related profitability tests Transparent documentation of instructions regarding customer-specific documentation and billing Maintenance of national and international networks and correspondence with shipping companies, our customers and foreign organisations Reviewing KPIs and creating reporting

Complete training as a merchant/supplier for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualification First professional experience, ideal for sea freight export Safe handling of MS Office programs Self-employed, team-oriented and service-oriented work style flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
