HERE WORK: Our customer is a Hamburg-based engineering firm and one of the world's leading suppliers of Silo technologies and pneumatic conveyor systems for the cement, lime and gypsum industry as well as for the mineral industry.

We are looking for an employee for the technical buyer (m/w/d)

THERE HAVES:

• Responsible for the procurement of materials, equipment and services
• independent implementation of tendering and associated negotiation with national and international suppliers
• Construction and management of supply-edge relations
• Launching orders in terms of cost-effectiveness, schedule and availability
• Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Tracking order confirmations and monitoring of delivery dates as well as checking invoices
• Claim management

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Complete technical training with purchase. Knowledge, preferably further training for technicians in machinery and plant engineering
• Ideally multi-year experience in technical purchasing with international supplier master files
• Sovereign appearance, negotiation skills and readiness to travel
• Teamability and reliability with pronounced hands-on mentality
• Very good English knowledge of word and writing, French knowledge desirable
• Secure handling of MS Office and
• common ERP systems (SAP, Sage 100)
