The Aumühle is a versatile diaconic institution that allows people with disabilities to live a self-determined life through different housing, work and support services. On our spacious, park-like campus in Darmstadt-Wixhausen we create a value-adding environment in which community, participation and individual development are at the centre.Mission Leben** is a non-profit company in the context of the deacon. Around 2,500 employees support in 40 facilities in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate people with care needs, with disabilities or in social emergencies as well as children and young people.

Your future tasks

• They plan, document and evaluate the individual needs of our clients, focusing on their personal needs and wishes.
• They support our clients in everyday life and participation in social life by giving them safety and orientation.
• You make the valuable time in the late afternoon from about 16:00 to 20:00/21:00 or on weekend as a familiar reference person, addressing the individual needs of the clients.
• You are working trustfully with relatives and supervisors to ensure holistic support.

This will bring you

• You have a degree as a social educator, nurse, educator, or a comparable qualification that will enable you to work.
• They bring sensitivity to the individual situations of life of people with disabilities with, with an appreciative and empathic approach for you being understood.
• You are sure to go with the PC so you can reliably cope with the digital requirements of your working day.
• You have a class B license that allows you to use flexibly.
