You support the Recruiting Process (Research, Candidate, Termination) You’ll start short-profiles/candidate documents in coordination with the team You prepare presentations, market overviews and customer documents You are responsible for applicant management and administrative issues You have support in social media management (e.g. LinkedIn): Planning, Posting, Community Support Content Creation is part of your tasks: text designs, visuals, small campaign formats (e.g. “Hiring”, “Insights”, “Team” posts) You shape employer branding and internal communication You’re suggesting simple content plans and evaluation of performance (reach, engagement)

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can demonstrate German knowledge according to language level B2, as well as good English knowledge Ideally you bring first practical experience in recruiting, HR, sales or marketing (no need) You can work safely with MS Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel You ideally have first contact points with LinkedIn, Canva or Social Media Tools You work structured, carefully and reliably – even if several topics run parallel You bring a quick understanding and you like to think in new tasks You communicate clearly, friendly and binding – internally and externally You are passionate about recruiting, people topics and modern communication Career prospects: After your conclusion, there is the possibility to work as a researcher:in or project manager:in our company
