In your role, you professionally deal with complex damages from the field of general liability insurance. After the damages caused by our customer center, you are responsible for the examination of protection and liability as well as the damage regulation within the scope of the existing authorisations. The cooperation and commissioning of service providers and external damage regulators (m/w/d) is one of your tasks as well as the management of written and telephone transactions with customers, sales partners and participating third parties (m/w/d). You accompany civil processes and self-certification procedures. In addition, you will realize possible regressions and take noticeable damage to the target. After appropriate incorporation, you will also take into account damages from the field of architect liability insurance. If you are interested, you can engage and further develop in special topics and projects.

You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) or you have successfully completed a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance. You ideally have damage experience in the field of general liability insurance. You are excited to work in the team and accompany our customers in case of damage. As you communicate much with other people in this position, you score with a good expression in word and writing, paired with negotiation skills.
