ATOSS Expert (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as an ATOSS consultant:in (m/w/d).

Evolve ASES: You are critically involved in the introduction, operation and further development of the ATOSS time economy – and you are particularly keen to create new modules and more complex configurations. Support at expert level: You take the 2nd and 3rd level support in our specialist area and ensure a sustainable and standardized solution for our internal customers Design interfaces: You develop and manage interfaces between ASES and adjacent systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SAP BI) – including data mapping, automation and monitoring. Code with effect: You use your programming skills to implement individual extensions, reports and automation in the ASES environment. Digitalize processes: You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and implement them through technical solutions in the system. Share knowledge: You carry out training for key users and document technical solutions in a comprehensible and sustainable manner.

ASES-Expertise: You have profound experience with the ATOSS time economy – ideally in administration, configuration and customizing. Support professional: You know the requirements in 2nd and 3rd level support and find sustainable solutions for complex fault images. You master at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Groovy) and have experience with API connections and database queries. Working time law & collective agreements: You have a good understanding of legal and tariff frameworks in the field of working time and can translate them into technical solutions. Industry knowledge: Ideally, you know the requirements of medical or social facilities – but is not a must. Communication & Team spirit: You work structured, independent and solution-oriented – and are at the same time a real team player with hands-on mentality. Tools & Technology: You are safe to use Windows 365, MS Office and modern collaboration tools.
