Assembly with cups: You mount mechanical components and complex assemblies – from precise linear axes and laser protection booths to pneumatic devices. Thanks to technical drawings and 3D-models, each screw sits exactly on the millimeter. Technical back office: You keep an overview of the lists. You check, commission and customize components independently so that the assembly process runs through without sticks. The final check in the house: Before a plant leaves our work, your hour strikes. You carry out internal functional checks, fine-tune the mechanics and make sure that all components play together smoothly. On-site commissioning: You accompany your machine to the finish. You travel to our customers (e.g. from the automotive or pharmaceutical industry), build the facilities on site and officially start operating them. As a technical expert on site, you are looking for the perfect integration into the production lines and are an estimated contact person. Professional workstation & tool: A clean result needs a clean environment. You organize your workplace and your tool so that you – and your colleagues – can get started efficiently and safely at any time.

Your basis: You have completed technical training, for example as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic, precision mechanics, or a comparable qualification. Your craftsmanship: You bring experience in assembly and can safely read and implement technical drawings. Mechanical connections are intuitive. Welcome as a cross-comer: You come from another area of mechanics, but do you have bites and desire for modern laser technology? If the technical foundation is right, we will work intensively and make you an expert on our facilities. Your mindset: You work structured and precise. You are looking for a team in which you support each other and work together on innovative solutions. Your communication: You speak German for sure. As our customers operate internationally, good English skills are a plus so you can communicate on site. Your mobility (variant B): You have the pleasure of change, but you also appreciate the work in the local assembly hall. Your travel activity for commissioning is moderate (approximately 10-20% of working time), usually regional or in the DACH room. A passenger car license (class B) is absolutely necessary for this.
