Become part of the team and support us in exciting tasks around IT compliance. Specifically, you take the following tasks: You support the team and the business in various matters relating to IT compliance (termination coordination, logging in the dates, support in the preparation and follow-up of the negotiation dates). You correspond with internal partners, as well as project managers, works councils and authorities. You are self-providing different database systems and assisting in the preparation, evaluation and production of analyses and reports. You carry out an ordered deposit and reimagination system, and you plan and carry out internal training/training and create the appropriate materials. You create user manuals and translate project related documents.

Successful three-year professional training or study (Bachelor) and professional experience of at least 3 years or specialist training Good interpersonal and communicative skills at all levels, as well as pronounced planning and organisational skills Safe handling of MS Office products Very good German knowledge and English language level B1 (according to the common European reference framework for languages) or comparable readiness to travel Handling multi-level management, good self-organisation and feeling for prioritization
