Installation, configuration and operation of the entire IT infrastructure/networks managed by the ZA4 (PV, charging stations, building control technology meter remote control) and the associated server landscape Management of the documentation and monitoring software used (HPE IMC, Solarwinds IPAM, MACMON and Solarwinds KIWI) Upgrade and extension of site-related building control technology, in particular JCI MXI64 and Siemens Desigo CC Support and new integration of automation stations of various manufacturers (SAIA DEOS, Siemens, Kieback&Peter, JCI, etc.) Problem/ fault analysis and troubleshooting Implementation of network monitoring Implementation and control of applicable IT security standards Overarching supervision of firewalls in the networks of the ZA4, in particular Sophos and Fortigate manufacturers Administration, optimization and extension of the site-related, cross-building automation network (JCI MXI64) for approx. 100 buildings Supporting the interfaces to other TUM sites Project management in all performance phases according to HOAI in the field of IT infrastructure including implementation of procurement processes Communication with users, competent authorities and external service providers Control and monitoring of external service providers

You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) in the field of computer science, network technology or a comparable discipline. A multi-year professional experience in the field of building automation technology and/or in the management of technical projects and service provider control is advantageous. You are team-ready, flexible, customer-friendly and are characterized by a high self-initiative and willingness to use. A class B licence is advantageous. In addition, you have a safe appearance and master the German language fluently in word and writing.
