Focus on damage management

Your tasks:

Recording and processing of claims from different insurance sectors (e.g. liability, household) Examination and assessment of damages regarding coverage and liability Correspondence with customers, experts, repair companies and our partner SV SparkassenVersicherung Initiation and monitoring of damage control measures and documentation and maintenance of damages in the relevant systems Damage regulation Identification of cross-selling potentials as part of damage processing Creation of reports, statistics and presentations Participation in internal and external training and training

Your profile – let us inspire you: You have completed training in insurance or finance, e.g. insurer (m/w/d) or banker (m/w/d) First experiences in damage processing and regulation would be desirable Knowledge in various insurance sectors (private and corporate insurance) are available They have pronounced communication skills and customer orientation Their sales affinity is accompanied by a high self-initiative and independent working Teamability and flexibility as well as safe handling of MS Office programs complete your profile
