You attend and advise established agencies of the insurance chamber Bayern in the metropolitan region of Munich both personally on site and digitally. You coach the agency owners to continuously improve the quality of the structure and implementation. You develop our customer advisors by qualifying them professionally and methodically, including sales training for the private customer business. You are the link and service provider between sales partners, customers and internal interfaces to ensure smooth communication and cooperation. Multiannual practical sales experience in the private customer sector. Self-responsible action with its own organizational capacity. Communication strength and structured, flexible operation. Wide market knowledge in the insurance environment as well as excellent deep knowledge in private customer areas, preferably in life and/or health insurance. Solution-oriented thinking shapes your ''TUN''. Working in the team motivates you.
