Location: Munich

Technical management of a team of approx. 35 Internal and External Employees in Electrical Assembly Planning, supervision and division of team members in close coordination with department management Fine planning of all projects and coordination of internal orders in the field of assembly Active cooperation in the day-to-day business as well as promotion and development of employees Responsibility for the optimization and further development of existing processes (assembly processes, quality improvement, internal test protocols, 5S, Lean Six Sigma) as well as the introduction of new processes and standards Conducting regular quality controls on machines and modules to ensure production standards Organisation, classification and supervision of employee training (e.g. through the CAPS programme) Close cooperation with adjacent departments, work preparation and field service to ensure a smooth production process Quality assurance for external suppliers – including on-site visits as needed Regular reporting to department management

Successfully completed technical training as an electronic technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), ideally with further training as a master or technician, alternative comparable qualifications Professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably in special machine construction First experience in leadership and support of teams Safe handling of common MS Office applications and SAP Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personal strengths such as empathy, fairness, joy of decision and a high degree of sense of responsibility
