You independently handle the ongoing accounting and payment transactions with the Hausbank VS3 home management software In cooperation with the Property Management Team, you will create housing bills, special envelopes and economic plans You monitor the monthly house money payments and carry out the dunning independently You book the bank documents and invoices and complete the master data maintenance Engaging and motivating yourself in the team also with overarching projects and working as a specialist in process optimization

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of accounting or real estate Professional experience in accounting (ideally in WEG accounting) Knowledge of the legal matter (right to housing property law WEG) Routinized handling of MS-Office (knowledge in Hausbank VS3 advantageous) Commitment and team capacity as well as strong numerical affinity and good analytical thinking Structured, reliable, careful and timely work
