Network expansion: You expand and maintain our customer network and build long-term partnerships. Professional consultancy: You advise our customers (planning offices, municipal end customers and plant builders) comprehensively, select suitable pumps and systems or develop specific customer solutions and convince customers with your expertise. Customer retention: You implement targeted customer retention measures and strengthen the relationship with our existing customers. Event management: You organize and conduct training (in presence and online), seminars, national fairs and other events and present our products and innovations. Support: You provide advice to planners, end customers, plant builders and specialist craftsmen and help in the optimal solution and product decision. Market observation: You keep the ear on the market, analyse trends and competitive activities and conduct strategic measures.

Technically versed: You have a technical training, ideally complemented by a further education to the master or technician, a study or a commercial training with experience in the field of technical complex industrial goods, preferably from the water economy. Market identifiers: You bring well-founded market and product knowledge and are sure to navigate the industry trends. Digital competence: Your good computer skills facilitate daily work and data analysis. Team player: You are characterized by high customer orientation, team skills and flexibility. Self-starters: your own initiative and resilience allow you to be successful even under pressure. Regional rooting: A resident near the territory is of advantage to be able to act efficiently in the field of use.
