Own implementation of price enquiries and the creation of qualified offer comparisons to create the optimal basis for award decisions Control of the entire ordering process, from the triggering to the deadline guarantee as well as proactive dissolving of delivery disorders to ensure a smooth production process clarification of the technical and commercial details with the suppliers and solve disagreements in the audit Strategic control of the stock of the product portfolio as well as precise, customer-oriented material planning with the aid of consumption and demand evaluations Monitoring of contract obligations, durations and quantities of acceptance and safeguarding stocks Responsibility for the maintenance and optimization of all purchase-relevant master data in SAP (e.g. infosets, plan delivery times and lot sizes) as a foundation for automated processes Safeguarding goods availability and customer needs taking into account forecasts and MRP rules

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businesswoman or a comparable qualification with a focus on procurement Multiannual well-founded practice (3-5 years) in operational purchasing or supply chain management Extensive knowledge of procurement and supplier markets and a deep understanding of logistical relationships Secure handling of SAP MM and ideally experience with specialized add-on tools for disposition and forecasting (e.g. GIB) as well as e-sourcing solutions (e.g. K-Procure) An excellent numerical understanding and the ability to analytically penetrate complex demand patterns and translate them into concrete MRP decisions German knowledge and advanced knowledge of English for communication in the international environment Accurate, structured and self-responsive working combined with a pronounced team orientation Do you recognize yourself in this description?
