For our sales team at Wedel, we are looking for competent and sympathetic support. As a sales agent for new cars, you are responsible for the holistic sales process of new vehicles and create a first-class customer experience in our car house with competent care. The position is indefinite and full-time

Your field of activity

• Contact person for all requests regarding new cars
• Active customer approach and professional advice and support in the purchasing process
• Performance of test drives and presentations of vehicles
• Creation of individual offers for our customers
• Observing market development and deriving strategies
• Close cooperation with the sales team and overlapping other departments

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in automotive sales, ideal in premium segment with certification
• enthusiasm for the Mercedes-Benz brand and sound product knowledge
• Embossed customer orientation, communication and negotiation skills
• Affinity for digital communication means
