Business Development Manager Apotheken & Healthcare international (m/f/d)

Together with the management, you develop the international sales strategy for the stationary healthcare channel (pharmacies, doctors & health centres) – from target group analysis to sales approach to concrete implementation on site You identify relevant sales partners, wholesalers and multipliers – and conduct first talks, negotiations and placements You work closely with product management, marketing and management to orchestrate launches and actions across channels Together with the marketing team, you develop sales concepts, POS materials and arguments that understand the pharmacy market – and place our brand attractively there You think in the long term: building a sustainable pharmacy/Prax distribution with the potential to lead structures or teams later You support and advise us in the selection of the future external service team

Experience in Business Development or Sales in Pharmaceuticals, OTC, Medical Cosmetics or Healthcare Ideally an existing network or detectable successes in pharmacy distribution or in the healthcare channel You know how to list, place and scale products – and have a good understanding of market access in the healthcare environment Strong communicative skills, negotiation skills and enthusiasm for meaningful products Entrepreneurial thinking, hand-on mentality and joy in building something new You speak fluent German (C2) and reliable English (C1).
