Head of Project Manager (m/w/d)

in Unit D/5 – Internal digitalisation of the administration - to be filled in full time. Settings are initially in fixed-term employment conditions for the duration of three years.

The extensive use of document management and process processing systems is the main prerequisite for the internal digitalization of the Saarland administration and the basis for the conduct of electronic files (eAkten) as well as for the implementation of the online access law (OZG).

Currently we are looking for three project managers (m/w/d) for cross-resort digitalization projects in the context of the new document management system (eAkte-System). These include e.g. Projects focusing on:

  • Introduction of the new eAkte system in the ministries and subordinate authorities of the Saarland administration
  • Interface implementation: The focus is firstly in particular in the control of the implementation of interfaces between the eAkte system and other software systems.

Your tasks
