As part of MB.OS, we are building a new software development organization whose goal is to integrate state-of-the-art software technology into the vehicle architecture in order to accelerate innovation in bodywork and comfort. As a trainee in the field of 'Application Development Keyless Go', you will immerse yourself in the world of in-house software development at Mercedes-Benz and design the next generation of electronic control unit software in the area of Body & Comfort in a high-performance team.

An above-average degree (Master, MBA or PhD) in engineering, information systems, computer science, embedded systems or in a comparable degree course Maximum 3 years of professional experience (outside the course) Funded knowledge and skills in C, C++ and Python Ideally, you have experience with Autosar, SAFe, DevOps and software engineering practices Optional but advantageous: knowledge of model-based development approaches (e.g. with MATLAB/Simulink) At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work & travel) Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends We appreciate applicants who show a strong social sense of responsibility Excellent knowledge of English (C1) You are motivated to help shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility Strong interpersonal and communicative skills, coupled with exceptional analytical skills You show strong team skills and motivate others to achieve their goals
