CNC Machine Operator (m/f/d)

You have experience in CNC systems, have a good technical understanding and work conscientiously? For an internationally active industrial company, we are looking for machine and plant leaders for the processing of high-quality quartz glass products. In this position, you will accompany the entire manufacturing process from machine fitting to quality testing to documentation of production data.

Your tasks

• Registration of workpieces (quartz glass cylinders) at the terminal
• Transport of the workpieces by means of industrial trucks and crane to the respective processing stations
• Changing tools for wear or changes in the manufacturing process
• Operation of 3D measuring systems for measuring workpieces
• Inserting, clamping and machining of workpieces on fitted CNC systems
• Monitoring the ongoing processing processes
• Detection of disturbances and implementation of minor bug fixes
• performing measurement tasks during and after the processing process, e.g.:
• outer diameter, wall thickness, length, weight
• Optical assessment of surface quality according to quality specifications
• Documentation of measurement and test results in the process database
• Implementation of material bookings in the SAP system
• Cleaning and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Compliance with applicable 5S standards

Your profile

• Complete training as a machine and plant leader, specialist for metal technology or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in CNC machining or CNC machine operation
• Technical understanding and strong quality awareness
• Careful and reliable operation
• Physical resilience
• Team skills and responsibility
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Perspective: readiness to switch to full continuous shift operation (full continuous) from 01.01.2027
• Nice-to-Have
• Permission to run flur-operable crane systems (record according to DGUV [for phone number see the original ad])
• Experience in handling SAP
• Knowledge in measuring technology
• Experience with industrial trucks
