During your training, you acquire profound knowledge in the various fields of an IT service provider and are introduced step by step into professional consulting and customer support. We will familiarise you with the design and realization of customer-specific system solutions and teach you how to handle projects in a commercial, technical and organizational way. In sales, you will get to know the order processing as well as offering creation and gain insight into the market observation and the handling of various marketing instruments. In addition, the acquisition of hardware and software is one of the training topics. In the course of your training we promote your independent and independent work and make you fit for the final exam before the IHK.

You have a good school degree (Abitur or Fachhochschulreife) and enjoy both IT and commercial topics. You are communicative, responsive and well organized. You like to work with numbers and can express yourself very well in German and in English in writing as oral. First knowledge in Microsoft Office as well as basic knowledge about hard- and software and networks are already brought with you from school, an internship or through private engagement. We'll teach you the rest. You enjoy varied and responsible activities with a lot of contact with customers and employees from different areas.
