The office is in Cottbus. The Malteser Hilfsdienst e. V. is one of the largest aid organisations in Germany with 1 million members and more than 90,000 agents in the Honour and Main Office. The Maltese Youth is the community of children, young people and young adults in the Maltese Relief Service. V.
