In your new position, you define(construction) measures in compliance with strategic objectives and technical requirements: You carry out technical inventory recordings and ensure the development and implementation of sustainable object strategies To do this, you will develop quartering strategies in the sense of our climate path and make living sustainable and forward-looking. Responsive and varied at the same time: you take over the building and budget responsibility and are responsible for modernization and recompression projects, in particular strand refurbishment and heating modernization (heat pump, district heating) Your varied task package is rounded off by the quality assurance and execution of interim and final collections

You have a completed training (Technist:in / Master:in) or a technical study or a comparable degree You have experiences in managing internal and external service providers Your communication strength and team capacity, as well as a structured working and enforcement capability complete your profile
