Team Leader MT-R Radiology - MRI / Cardiac MRI (m/f/d)

You receive and treat our patient: inside our radiological diagnostic center You communicate with the doctor for the upcoming investigation and perform administrative activities in the RIS/PACS system You document investigations, ensure the quality and store patients:in accordance with the examination You may support remote MT-R via chat and phone and monitor the patients:in order to ensure a smooth investigation procedure You give contrast agent, put accesses and carry out radiological examinations from head to foot on the MRI, including special examinations (cardio MRI) You’re leading the team professionally, working with the Center Management and ensuring quality management standards as well as internal process specifications You design the schedule for the Examination Team and occasionally support Berlin-Mitte (near Friedrichstraße)

You have training for medical technologists for radiology / MT-R or MTRA (m/w/d) successfully completed or recognized as MT-R based on a different degree You have well-founded practical work experience in dealing with the MRT (at least 5 years) Ideally, you have already gained first experience as a team leader and in the discussion with employees You bring profound knowledge and experience in performing cardio MRI investigations You have very good knowledge of German in C1 level and draw your attention through empathy and absolute service orientation in dealing with patients: inside and outside You have an above-average quality and responsibility awareness and have IT affinity as well as action security in the work on the PC
