We are looking for a:n Customs Expert (m/w/d) for the next possible start date. YEARS: · Coordination and independent handling of process and customs duties and projects within the department · First contact person for implementing key projects with stakeholders from Customs Germany · Description and testing of requirements for new IT systems with regard to the specific process of the sites · Regular monitoring and ensuring the updating of work instructions in respect of customs and process requirements · Communication with customs authorities and internal and external customers · Monitoring and update of requirements for customs authorisations by regular review of compliance programs (such as GeOrg, AEO) and derivation and coordination of corrective measures · Customs advice on Customs Management and support in Customs knowledge transfer · Creating detailed analyses and reports with the aim of continuous quality improvement · Preparation and implementation of audits in cooperation with the Quality & Standard Compliance area

IHR PROFIL: · Complete study or comparable qualification through training and many years of professional experience in customs clearance and experience in implementing customs projects · Knowledge of customs law of the European Union as well as ATLAS systems and procedures and national tax and excise law · High social competence and conflictability · Can-Do setting and loadable team player · Very good communication skills in word and writing as well as pronounced service orientation · Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing · Good knowledge in handling MS Office® programs · Ready to work at irregular times WHAT DO YOU HAVE?
