Ensuring, developing and optimising the sales and service processes of the Reinhausen Group in Salesforce You analyze, design and document IT-target processes for sales and service and implement them as project leaders You develop and customize system solutions based on Salesforce You define, test and maintain interfaces between Salesforce and connected systems, in particular SAP You conduct training for end users and key users Guide and accompany international projects Ensure stable application operation and support operationally in 1st & 2nd level support including interface monitoring

You have completed university studies in BWL, computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification You bring multiannual relevant professional experience to international companies with You have very good administrator knowledge in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and ideally SAP knowledge in SAP SD & CS You have a good business understanding in the field of sales and service and experience in the consulting field/in the software selection You are characterized by pronounced customer orientation and joy in self-responsible teamwork You communicate fluently in German and English and bring readiness to travel
