Guidance and continuous development of workshop staff Efficient organization of the workshop, ongoing analysis and improvement of processes and workflows as well as regular evaluation of relevant key figures incl. Deduction of necessary measures Ensuring the timely and cost-conscious processing of customer orders as well as the professional maintenance and repair of construction machines according to the requirements Responsible procurement and management of inventory, tools and other resources Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and ensuring high quality of work Responsibility for training in the workshop area

(m/w/d) or comparable master/technical training Additional qualification of the training examination (AEVO) Funded knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics as well as comprehensive expertise in occupational safety leadership experience desirable Self-working and self-initiative Customer-oriented thinking and acting
